Let’s Plan Something Unforgettable
Here’s How it Works
-
We'll talk through your travel style, must-haves, and what "perfect trip" looks like for you.
-
I research, compare, and pull together options tailored specifically to you — not a generic template.
-
I handle the details so you can focus on the experience, with support before and during your trip.
What’s Included
In depth destination and property research
Custom itinerary, built around your priorities and budget
Booking service, with access to exclusive supplier perks and upgrades
Booking coordination and confirmation
Ongoing support, should anything come up
Is there a cost?
After our initial call, if you decide you’d like me to help plan your perfect trip, I do charge a planning fee.
What’s the fee for?
Every trip I plan starts with real research, real expertise, and real time — regardless of party size. This fee reflects that work, whether or not you book through me or on your own.
How much does it cost?
Your fee is based on the complexity of your trip, not just how many people are traveling. A family heading to one resort together is a different amount of work than a couple splitting their trip across three cities — so that's what determines your tier, not headcount alone.
-
One resort or location, consistent dates and flights for everyone in your group.
Planning Investment: $150-$250
-
Multiple rooms or bookings, varied arrival/departure dates, or specific custom requests
Planning Investment: $250-$350
-
Multiple destinations, split itineraries, or extensive customization
Planning Investment: $350-$450
Not sure which tier fits? That's exactly what our discovery call is for — I'll let you know where your trip lands before any fee is due.
The fine print, said plainly:
This fee is non-refundable and isn't applied as a credit toward your trip — it's payment for the planning expertise itself, separate from any booking. I'll always tell you your fee upfront, before you commit to anything.
Who is this for?
Couples planning anniversary or milestone trips
Empty nesters ready for their next adventure
Women’s groups and girl trips
Anyone who wants more than a cookie-cutter vacation

Your Questions, Answered
-
No — the price of your flights, resort, or cruise is set by the supplier, not by me, so you're not paying a markup by working with me. In some cases, you may pay less.
The only added cost is the planning fee itself, which covers my time and expertise — separate from your trip cost, not a percentage of it.
-
Often, yes. Through my advisor network, I have access to perks you typically can't get booking direct — things like room upgrades, resort credits, early check-in/late checkout, complimentary breakfast, or amenity credits, depending on the property and supplier. These aren't guaranteed on every booking, but it's one more reason working with an advisor can work in your favor, not just match what you'd get on your own.
-
Yes. The planning fee applies whether or not you book through me. It's payment for the research and itinerary work itself, not a deposit tied to a future booking.
-
Flights, hotels and resorts, cruises, rental cars, transfers, guided tours and activities, and travel insurance. If it's part of your trip, there's a good chance I can book it — and if I can't handle something directly, I'll point you to the right place.
-
Even better — we'll spend our time refining the details instead of starting from scratch.
-
For most issues — a flight delay, a cancelled connection — your airline or the property is who actually resolves it, and they're equipped to handle it faster than I could from afar. What I do is make sure you know who to contact and how, before you ever need it. I'm available during business hours if you need guidance navigating a situation. For true emergencies, I'll always do what I can to help.
-
Not at all. My goal is to find what's right for you — your budget, your priorities, your vibe. A trip that fits you well is the one that gets repeat business and referrals, which matters more to me long-term than pushing a bigger sale.

The earlier the better, especially for peak travel seasons or group trips — but reach out anytime.
